Breakthrough Leadership Excellence will focus on the concepts and practices to encourage excellence in future leadership ranks and perpetuate it by developing capabilities of the present and prospective leaders.

The Conference will present a unique opportunity for attendees and participants to develop relationships with Arab and International Leaders and has the potential for creating a brilliant platform on which to exchange and compare leadership experiences, views and ideas with international, Arab and GCC leaders.

This conference aims to spotlight the innovative elements of leadership qualities to prepare and encourage the leaders of the coming generation, and inspire the leaders of the future.

Leaders will portray the modern framework of leadership and highlight its importance in an ever-changing world, by exploring the strategies used by the leader to deal with this change.

Featured Speakers

Alongside senior officers from UAE Police and UAE Armed Forces, attendance will include distinguished guests such as their Highnesses the Sheikhs, their Excellencies the Ministers and Ambassadors from around the region.

Executives from leading organizations in the region with an interest in improving their leadership qualities will learn how they can create a positive impact on their organization and its success within the market.

Young leaders from various government and quasi government bodies from the UAE and the region will participate to gain from the experience that the distinguished speakers, and prepare themselves for their future as leaders in the UAE.

Leaders, academics, and experts will come together to share their experiences in the different backgrounds they represent, and learn from the issues discussed.

The conference will end with a climatic Open Forum with HH General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Speakers will be engaged in a round table discussion with His Highness, and will share and exchange their opinions about the various challenges facing leaders of different backgrounds.

All delegates and attendees will be encouraged to participate in the interactive session with His Highness that will discuss various pressing issues in leadership today, and give the conference a memorable ending
